am i pregnant on bc?

okay so i take Sronyx (28 day cycle bc pill) but i skip the placebo pills and go straight into the next pack in order to skip my period. i do this so i have my period once every 3 months. i take it at the same time every day and haven’t missed a pill. i’ve been doing this for about 5 months now. recently, since my last period (which was in april) i’ve lost my virginity to my boyfriend and had sex with him twice with no condom. he pulled out both times but he might’ve came a little bit in me. i’m a little worried i may be pregnant because i’m experiencing some light brown discharge and minor cramping. the last time we had sex was about 6 days ago so i’m confused on if this is implantation bleeding or just a side effect from being on continuous birth control. my next period is supposed to happen in july. im probably just being paranoid but might as well gather some other people’s opinions :) thanks!
