I found out Monday of last week I was pregnant very early on, the lines got darker, and got my positive digital reading... only to have the lines get lighter, fade to nothing, and have a chemical pregnancy by the end of the weekend. My heart hurts because I told my family so early on and got their hopes up. My big brother is so sweet though, he left these beautiful white roses on my porch tonight! 😭

Mommas who have miscarried or had a chemical pregnancy: when did you announce to your families that you were pregnant again?

I spoke with my doctor and we ran blood tests and she told me I am okay to start trying again right away. Next time I conceive, we are going to monitor my HCG levels along with Progesterone to make sure everything is in good shape.

I’m trying to look at the good in this, as I can get pregnant and God knew this time wasn’t right for us, but it’s still a loss.
