Idk what to do
Sooo my pregnancy test has been negative. Had spotting for 2 days , period is 2weeks and 2 days late . I had this sharp pain in my stomach in the middle of the night . I felt my stomach and on the left side next to my belly button u can feel something its kinda hard and it hurts when I press down on it . Idk what it could be
