STDs and STIs

I am still young and trying to learn and educate myself. I also wanna know about the transmission of different stds and stis.

Can you catch any std (hiv,hpv, or herpes) from minor sexual activities ( KISSING, touching, fingering )?

For herpes, I know you can get it by kissing, but what about HPV and HIV ?

Also, is condom effective in preventing those when you’re about to have sex?
