Letrozole?!

Question

So my 1st round of letrozole 2.5mg didn’t work for me (No period and not pregnant) and my doctor would like for me to try the same dosage again and come in on day 21 to test my progesterone level.
Has anybody had success on same dosage in 2nd round even though you don’t think you ovulated on your 1st try? Thanks!

When I didn’t ovulate with 2.5mg my doctor bumped me up to 5mg. 
Hmm guess your doctors wants to make sure you ovulate with lower dose...

I took letrozole the exact same dosage and conceived on the first try. Miscarried back in January. Period returned in April my second round after the miscarriage didn’t take and now I’m anxiously waiting to find out if the third worked. Just don’t give up!

I have had 3 rounds of clomid of which I only ovulated on round 2 
Round 1 50mg no ovulation 
Round 2 100mg ovulation/ not pregnant 
Round 3 100mg no ovulation 
So she switched me to letrozole. I just completed round 1 and did not conceive but i did ovulate at 2.5!! I really didn’t expect to since with clomid I didn’t ovulate on the lowest dose but I have been consistent with keto now and back at the gym so I am not sure if that had a part in it but surely didn’t hurt! I just started round 2 of letrozole this morning and I pray we actually catch the egg this time because she doesn’t want to give me anymore medication before running other test. GL to you!
