IUI at 36 hours instead?

Well I’m out. I know I need progesterone support but anything else that might help here? This was an unmedicated cycle except for a trigger shot.

Also triggered (but would have naturally ovulated anyway) AM CD16 and inseminated 24 hours later but I think I ovulated the day after that (CD18) based on temp rise. Should I ask about <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> at 36 hours instead? Thank you.

Wow. Mine is the opposite. I got IUI at 36 hours, but I think I ovulated within 24 hours based on my temps and the fact that I had ovulation pain. I thought that maybe my trigger shot kick started ovulation a bit earlier. I was already approaching peak LH on my own before the trigger. 🤷🏻‍♀️
