Not trying but if it happens it happens- did anyone conceive this way?

Did any of you ladies get pregnant “not trying” but if it happens it happens. 
If so were you using regular lube? And still got pregnant? How long were you being uncareful before your positive?

First time I got pregnant was with this if it happens we'll be happy, if not thats fine too system. Took a month lol. No lube or anything extra. Unfortunately the pregnancy didnt stick, but we are expecting our rainbow now

Pregnant with my 3rd and that's how we got her. We used condoms and sometimes just pulling out for a long time after having our soon to be 2 yearold. Then just said we won't prevent but didn't track ovulation etc. Just got it on when we wanted. It was nice that way! Much less stressful. 
We "tried" for our 2 year old and though it only took a few months I felt bad when i didn't get pregnant. This time it was just a surprise that we did it. Lol we thought it would take longer. It only took 6 weeks. 
Just for those who may read and think pull out is a good idea..I do not advocate using the "pull out method" as birth control if you are actively not wanting a baby! You run a high risk of conceiving using it. My husband and I understood the risk while using it and were ok with it.

My partner and I have been together for 15 years. Most of that we weren’t using protection. We had a loss about 12 years ago. We actively tried everything for about 6 years with another loss in there. Finally conceived our daughter last May with the help of clomid. We knew we wanted another child so we weren’t trying but not preventing and got pregnant again in December. Literally had sex one time and bam. ( currently 28 weeks) Everyone and every pregnancy is different. When we were ttc we cut out bad habits (cigarettes), we ate fertility rich foods, prenatals/ vitamins, probiotics, had checkups with our drs- ultrasound/ sperm analysis, I drink red raspberry leaf tea ( great for uterine health/ regulating hormones), and I used ovulation tests- I tested twice a day every day at the same times after my period ended till I narrowed down my ov day and then had sex every other day leading up to ov day then 3-4 days in a row. That's how we had both of our kids. Before we had kids I used glow solely to track my period. With my daughter I was 3 days late and that's how I knew. I'm NEVER late, I'm like clockwork. With our son (current) we decided after our daughter was born we wanted another close in age so we just didnt use protection after she was born, and I'm due in 13 days now. She just turned 1 on the 2nd.

This was our “trying” to conceive method both times, it took one month each time, we really enjoyed this because there’s less stress and if it doesn’t happen it’s not like you can say you failed, cause you can’t fail if you’re not trying lol, idk that was our thoughts and it made it fun!

With my son we wasnt properly trying. We knew if it was to happen then it would happen if not then it wont happen. We didnt try when I was ovulating or anything, we just had sex when ever we had sex. That took us 6 months. Now with this baby it was also the same if it was to happen then it will if not then it wont. We didnt have sex around my ovulation windows we just had sex when ever we had sex. However, my last ovulation window my partner was all of a sudden getting the sex in like crazy so I knew he purposely wanted me to fall then and there lol and I did. This one took us 7 months.

I stopped my pill and we just let nature take its course.....15 months it took in the end, we didnt use any lube or any other methods of "trying", we didnt even track ovulation. It will happen eventually!

We weren't trying, weren't preventing for 5 months. I'm 32 weeks now.

This is exactly how we approached starting a family. We stopped preventing and left it up to nature. With our son we literally conceived right after removing BC, now pregnant with our 2nd, it took a few months. It wasn’t stressful at all, we were able to enjoy ourselves and had already accepted the fact that there’s a possibility, but no guarantee we’d have a family of our own. We said that after x amount of time we’d start implementing more ways of conceiving, but never needed to. Good luck!
