How to stop pumping

I have been lucky to be able to nurse and pump an excess for my soon to be one year old. I have always been able to readily find information and help on breastfeeding and pumping either from my lactation consultant or here. However I am at a loss on how to stop. .

I was wondering if it's possible to stop pumping at work and still have enough of a supply to nurse on demand until she decides to wean. She currently only really nurses 2-3 times a day until it's a bad teething day.

I have already cut back to every 4 hours at work and only work 4 days a week.

The little will barely take any expressed milk while I'm at work and is more interested in water and food.

I have more than enough frozen milk at home (with enough to have already donated over 500 ounces) and am not worried about running low.
