What does nipple thrush feel like?

I have realllyyyy sharp pains in my nipples , nownit even hurts to pump . 
She just got her mild lip tie released , and my breasts aren’t red or warn & I don’t have a fever . Could it be thrush? They hurt so bad and swollen nipples , please help

Same here, went to doc. He said to wait for few days and will see then 😬

For me it was super itchy nipples (and sharp pain deep in my boobs)
