Do I still pump?

If I'm choosing to formula feed should I still get a pump to relieve any breast pain or am I supposed to leave it alone?

Nope! Don’t waste your money. If you get uncomfortable from milk production just hand express in the shower until your breasts are comfortable. That way you don’t get mastitis ☺️

You can because some people bottle feed breastmilk and formula without direct breastfeeding
