Whose cycle is wonky after MC?

Is it bad that my cycle went from 5 days to 3?? I have extremely bad cramps the first day and it’s heavy flow. Day 2 normal flow. Day 3 normal flow and tapers off.

My is so different now. I feel like I spot all the time. I just went to the Dr today and he told me it takes awhile to get back to normal. He also mentioned stress could be effecting it. He’s having me get a blood panel to check my thyroid just in case and I’m going back in a couple of months to get a check up.

I miscarried late May at 5 weeks and I’m using OPKs everyday since and I keep getting the lightest lines. Really hoping I ovulate soon but at this rate my cycle will be over 4 weeks... 😢
