I used to wear one everyday. I thought I needed them. My discharge was so thick and heavy. Then I heard that pantiliners actually cause heavier discharge because it doesn't allow for airflow and the extra toxins in the liners. I decided to try to go without and sure enough within a month my body was not producing so much discharge. I never wear pantiliners now and I don't need them.

No. Only when I have a heavy period day - i use one w a tampon, or the very last days just in casd

I used to before I got my IUD. Now that I don't have periods anymore I don't use pantyliners every day, just when I'm at work
