30 day squat challenge anyone ?
Alright so I’m reading into the squat challenge and I have got half half answers so some say it works others say it’s bad has anyone on here actually tried it ?? And I’m on day two but I don’t do just regulate squats I’ve been doing more than one kind of butt work out I do 50 regular squats at the end An I do those side leg things an the one where you lift your leg up idk what the terms are all called I’m a beginner at working out but I just wanted to try it out I’m also eating better an etc .. so I was reading up on this challenge an it said I’m burning my muscle An could possibly be hurting my body by starting off so “intense” for someone who doesn’t work out An is not fit but I don’t really think so tbh I only do what I’m able to do like push ups I can only do 10 ahaha but it’s something An I strive for 30 sit ups 🤣 I won’t do what my body can’t handle right away but tbh I can do a lot of squats without really hurting myself to much other than the next day soreness so any tips an advice I really would love nice thick thighs a firm butt I just want to look like a better version of myself even before I had my daughter. Please help and any meals you suggest drop them down below I need ideas.
