This normal ?

My period came on a week earlier I started bleeding on June 11 and still am bleeding my period was supposed to come on the 21 yes I took a pregnancy test and it’s said I’m negative is there any other possible way ? This is the first time this ever happened my period comes on all the time on the 21 of every month
