Femara and PCOS

Hey Everyone! Today I started my first dose of Femara, so I feel like my first major step towards **hopefully** being successful with TTC.

My fiancee and I started our journey in August of last year with TTC. We already have a beautiful four year old that came as a surprise while in college. When we started TTC we didn't think it would be very hard since I had already had one unplanned. However, we found out in January that I have PCOS.

We went through and jumped the hoops to get to this point, the progesterone and waiting for a few months it seems. This is my first cycle taking the Femara, but I feel as though my hope has wained and I have extremely low expectations.

Could anyone help me in letting me know if you conceived using Femara. And if so, how many cycles it took?
