Doctor said I can't gain more than 15 pounds through out this pregnancy
I had my first prenatal appointment yesterday. Baby is doing well! However I am obese and I know complications may or may not occur. The doctor said I should not gain no more than 15 pounds during this pregnancy. Any advice? I am a first time mom and I just want everything to go well 🤞
