Retroverted and Reflexed Uterus?

Question

So I went to the ER for cramping and spotting. There they told me I was 6 weeks and 3 days. They saw the baby and the heart beat was 130 bpm. But they said I had a retroverted and reflexed uterus. Which means that my uterus angles tword my spine, backwards and down, rather than tword my stomach like normal. My research on it says it's just a variation. But I cant help but be alittle worried about it. Does anyone here have the same thing

My mom had it when she was pregnant with me. Her pregnancy when smooth and she delivered me Vaginally. Then once she got into her 40’s she had to have a Hysterectomy because her period wouldn’t stop and they told her it’s because I tipped her uterus even more.

I have a retroverted uterus which lead them having a hard time seeing anything with abdominal ultrasound. My doctor said it isn't anything to worry about and it usually flips the right way during 2nd trimester.

I have a retroverted uterus and had my daughter no problem (except I needed an emergency c section since her heart was failing) other than that it doesn’t make much of a difference. Just a less common normal.

I have the same thing !! I’ve had two healthy pregnancies, just some decent back pain but that’s with any pregnancy too . You’ll be fine momma :) good luck and congrats !!

I had the same thing with my first pregnancy. As the baby grows, it will settle in to a normal position.

I have a tilted uterus that is facing the wrong way to it tilts to my back rather than the front and it also folds in half when in not pregnant. It's really weird to look at an ultrasound lol. I'm on my fourth pregnancy. No real issues except my first two babies I had back labor but I'm not sure if my uterus was the case or not.
