Implantation bleeding?? Or just PCOS???

So I was diagnosed with pcos about over a year ago. I was over weight and I decided to get the gastric sleeve to lose weight in January of 2019. I'm down a total of 65lbs in about 5 months. I stopped taking my birth control at the end of April, I got my period the 1st week in May. June came around and nothing I took tests and they came out negative multiple times.... so then June 10th I noticed spotting and a little cramping so I was hoping it was my period finally coming and the spotting showed for like 24hrs and it's gone. Nothing now🤷🏼‍♀️ what can it be?? I dont think pregnancy bc my periods obviously arent regular due to the pcos but also ik losing weight is a huge factor. Bit if I were to take another test when should I take it??? My husband wants a baby so bad and I want to give him that miracle child more than anything in the world. I dont seem stressed or anything I'm just living my life the best way i totally can!!
