Has anyone ever had 2?

Okay.. so in October of last year I got an abortion. My boyfriend and I were broken up and we’ve always had a very toxic relationship and I knew I wouldn’t be able to provide a great life for the baby. We were supposed to stay broken up so I never got back on any birth control but we had been trying to make things work afterwards and didn’t break up for good until about 3 weeks ago. I had very light pink discharge around ovulation time and have been feeling mildly ill. I took a pregnancy test 3 days ago it was negative. I took one yesterday, it was negative at first. I looked at it again and there’s a very faint line. I know that you’re not supposed to read the tests after a few minutes, but the other test stayed negative and this one didn’t. I’m just really worried that I am pregnant and I don’t know if I can do another abortion. The first one was really hard. But I also don’t know if it’s a good idea to bring a baby into this world under my circumstances right now. Has anyone ever had a 2nd abortion? Will it affect my ability to have children in the future?
