Three weeks on the pill

I started three weeks ago and I’ve been spotting and cramping for the last couple of days. And I’m SO BLOATED like where my bladder is I feel like I’m pregnant 😂😭 I’ve never actually been pregnant before so idk how it feels just saying, but I was just wondering because I’ve been having sex still (I waited a week before having sex again when I first started taking the BC) (without condoms) should I take a pregnancy test just in case still?
