Hey Ladies!! My name is Mady and I am 14 years old. I am a pretty self conscious girl, and have been for a long time. But, you know I looked at myself in the mirror today (Dont mind my dirty mirror and products😂) and I thought “Wow, I really like the way I look today. And I’m literally in my pajamas in this photo lol. But that is the first time in a long time. But I have a HUGE fear or gaining weight bc (Here comes a story time) my great grandmother who is 78 had to have gastric bypass because she was 400 some pounds and so did my mother and Aunt. It scares me so bad. But I’m choosing to take better care of my body and make sure to stay healthy. My mom, grandma and Aunt are all under 200 lbs now and I couldn’t be happier for them! But I just felt very confident today. You probably don’t really care but, I just thought I would share with you bc I want other girls my age to look in the mirror and love themselves too.
