So I’ve been one of the lucky ones (I feel) who didn’t vomit at all during 1st trimester. I got nausea very early on and lost weight from being unable to eat. But my appetite came back a few weeks ago and I eat well except at night. I think it’s because I’m so sleepy. I may eat an apple for dinner!?!

I am 14 weeks today so officially 2nd trimester and I’ve noticed the past week that I am struggling to eat during the day.. no nausea at all. But every other day it’s like I have no appetite at all! Any advice or explanations?? 😫
