5 follicles CD 11

Long story short... I had a positive opk on CD 10, rushed to get my ultrasound the next day which showed 3 follicles on my left and 2 follicles on my right. All ranging from 11-13 mm. My doctor said, sometimes you get an early lh surge before the follicles are ready and then your body will do a second surge when they are ready....

So I’m using opks twice a day and will hopefully pick up on a surge tomorrow - that would mean ovulation on cd16 which gives all the follicles time to reach 20-22 mm (approximately).

Anyone have something similar??
