my son is 14 months and we are done breastfeeding.

i had all the feels about it. a little happy to have my body back as mine, at least for a little while anyway. and sad because its the end of an era and i loved it.

its been 5 days and im starting to feel really hormonal. im crying. feeling anxious. crazy dreams. mood shifting (wouldnt call it a mood swing).

i just dont know what to expect. can you please tell me if this is normal and how long this all went down for you, if it did at all? im just so miserable
