Pregnancy Bleeding PCOS

Hi ladies I found out I was pregnant Tuesday after TTC for two years and being diagnosed with PCOS in January. This morning I woke up to some extremely light spotting but now I've encountered some dark red to brown bleeding with a light flow. Not much on pad, but a bit when I wipe when I'm on the toilet. There are no clots. I'm experiencing the normal cramping that I've felt so far and continue to have normal pregnancy symptoms. No agonizing cramp pains or anything. Is this normal to bleed during your first trimester with PCOS? I read online polyps can bleed when pregnant and I have 25 on each ovary so maybe something to do with that? I already have a doc appointment this arvo but want your input as I'm scared. Thanks.
