I looked like this at 21 weeks! I’ve pooped big time the last 10 weeks, it’s just the way your body is, be glad, I’m due in a week and still have no stretch marks and I’ve popped and feel huge

Remember bump size doesn’t mean the isn’t healthy. Bump size has nothing to do with babies health either some women don’t pop until the 8th month.
