I’m just really excited and I have to tell somebody. We haven’t told ANYBODY about trying for #2!

I had to take clomid to become pregnant with my daughter. I have PCOS and don’t ovulate on my own. And I called my doctor to see if I could get a prescription called in to start trying for baby 2. Well they told me he wanted to see me first. So I’m like ohhhh great. He’s going to tell me no for some silly reason or he’s going to tell me I have to lose some weight first. I did not go into this appointment very positive.

Well we finally get called back into a room, and then he gets called into delivery. Which is fine, but i waited and waited and waited with my 18 month old while she looses her shit.

Finally he comes in, and is literally in there for 5 minutes. Asks me some questions and then says, “okay, I’ll call in a prescription for clomid, start taking it Day 5 - 9.” And I was like whaaaaa? It was that easy? I paid a $40 copay for that! Was it worth it? Yes!

Not to mention, when I went to pick it up at the pharmacy, they noticed that my insurance wouldn’t cover it, so they gave me 50% off the original price! Today has just been a good day! Baby #2 is in process! AND I saved money!
