Breast pain on letrozole?

Today is CD6, day 4 of 5 for letrozole and I have been experiencing breast pain on the sides and pressure near right ovary? Anyone else experience something similar? Could I be feeling myself gearing up for ovulation??

It’s not really the gearing up for ovulation that you’re feeling but it is normal to feel that. It has to do with the estrogen changes in your body.

Ever since I started taking letrozole, I ALWAYS feel slight pains on my ovaries. Each time I have a good follicle on the side I had pains on
