Ok to use? Like in food? Why wouldn’t it be? The acidity? I think that would be a personal preference but I’ve never heard of any medical recommendation to not eat balsamic vinegar during pregnancy.

You don’t need to moderate it. You can use as much as you want. I was legitimately eating straight hot sauce yesterday, which is basically vinegar with peppers in it 😂 it’s perfectly safe

Those California labels are redic. Get organic if you’re worried, otherwise it’s totally fine.
