Gynecologist visit question

This may be a TMI question but i personally don’t care. I am very tight down there and i am not quite sure if my body will be able to handle a speculum being stuck in there and then opened.. does anyone just how far I’m going to be stretched? At this point along with all my other worries I’m about to skip the gyno all together
