I traveled from Nashville TN to Las Vegas NV. Vegas is two hours behind Nashville and so I decided to take my birth control at 1am because the time I would have to take it here would have been 4.:30 am and I didn’t want to wake up that early😂 Am I okay? If me and my bf decide to have sex I’ll make sure to use a back up method. I’m more worried about having spotting or having another period.
