Screaming on last feed before ned

So my son is 3 months old and for the past week he’s been screaming on his last feed before bed and just getting himself so worked up and I just don‘t know what to do. I think the only reason he calms down in the end is just because he’s exhausted himself. He’s fine for his feed in the night and his other feeds in the day are generally fine just the odd bit of crying on my boob.

Not sure if this is relevant but I figured I’d add it in anyway. He’s been having green poop every so often but he’s not has seeds in there for a while. He’s been having mucus poops too. He does seem like he’s teething and is drooling a lot so I chalked it up to that.

I really don’t know what to do or how to help him. Could it be something I’m doing or something in my milk? Any suggestions welcome
