No heartbeat at 6 weeks?

Did anyone not see a heartbeat at 6w transvaginal ultrasound and go on to have a healthy pregnancy?  I want to hear positive stories please 🙏🏼

At 5w6d they didn’t even see a fetal pole (they thought but weren’t sure) so obviously no heartbeat and now I’m 18w with a boy

Both times with my kids. Turned out I was only 5 weeks both times. I had the option to wait a week and come back which I did even tho with my oldest try were trying to get me to say no to waiting and just schedule a d&c but my gut told me to wait. I came back and there was a little flickering heartbeat. Just wait take your vitamins and relax as much as you can.

I went in at 6w and they all they could see was a gestational sac - went in a week later and saw yolk sac, baby and heartbeat :)

The tech almost missed my baby completely. I was terrified. At that stage in the pregnancy baby is still quite small
