Trying to get her to take a bottle!

My baby is 11 weeks old and has been EBF since she was born. She hates pacifiers and won't take a bottle. I've tried Mam, nuk, Gerber, breastflow, avent, Dr. Browns, spectra (came with the pump), and Perry Mackin... She won't latch. Today I left her with my mom and husband for 5 hours to see if she would finally get hungry enough to latch and eat. Nope. She would only latch for a suck here and there, then cry some more. I go back to work in a month and need her to take a bottle soon! Any help/suggestions (not another bottle with a silicone nipple! It can't be any different than the 8 I've tried)? I'm thinking she may like latex nipples better so I'm ordering some, but Idk what else to do!
