Name dilemma - really overthinking :S

Its almost time to meet our little bundle of joy- I'm currently 37 weeks + 3 days and my husband and I are starting to get serious on figuring out the baby's name. This will be our 2nd boy and since finding out, we've had a hard time picking a name we absolutely love. We had narrowed it down to 3 names and finally have decided on Ethan. I've always loved the name James so it will be the middle name. Last name is Albrecht.

But in recent conversations with my parents and brother, they've been curious about finding out babys name and questioned if my husband and I were planning on including a family name in there this time around since we gave our first son a middle name affiliated with my husband's side of the family (Stanley- my DH grandpa who passed). I never thought to include another middle name, and I'm not budging on James. But now I'm debating whether I should include something to appease my parents. I've never been one to care about that but for some reason its bugging me. My husband could care less so it's really me just overthinking things lol

I considered including Matias (which is my moms maiden name and also my middle name), but then I know my dad would question why we didnt choose his family's name (my maiden name instead, which is Meneses). Then I was also thinking about using my dads first name Paulo but I'm just not sure if it flows. There's a few options but I'm looking for suggestions on what to do..(Help!).

I might just think F*** it and do nothing.
