Nutramigen help

So my baby has tried all the gerber good starts and similacs so now he’s on nutramigen and most of his belly issues are resolved except he has projectile diarrhea, a bad diaper rash and vomiting now I just don’t know what to do anymore. Anyone had a similar problem and how’d you resolve it?
