Plan B to Stop Period?

Hey, all!
I am on vacation and have a Nexplanon implant. I hadn’t had a period in months, but I think flying and travel messed with my cycle, and now my period won’t stop. I’m basically on a literal island for the next three weeks, and would like to be able to get in the ocean without fearing a shark attack. Would taking a Plan B pill stop my period? Or would it be better to try and get hormonal birth control pills to regulate my cycle? Any advice is appreciated!

Plan B will actually make it worse and that’s also not what it’s for. Just stock up on tampons before you go.

If i was you, i would just use tampons. I dont like messing my cycle with hormones and stuff.
But now, to answer your question. There are some pills in my country called primolut, my moms friend used those when she was to go on vacation to delay her period, but it's not something you get over the counter, a doctor prescribed it to her and the correct dosage to take the pills. But since you're already on another birth control i don't know if you can use them, best is to just ask your doctor.
