What’s going on??

So my period was due yesterday, it hasn’t come yet.. i am having some clear-ish discharge which is unusual. This is my 2nd cycle on 10mg of femara. I tested negative this morning. Could I still potentially be pregnant? Also the past few months my period has been super regular with all the meds!
