Torn, advise please

My husband and I are debating about trying for baby #2 this August or next year. He wants his mom to help take care of me after I give birth. She will be moving in with us to help with baby #2. I want to start trying this year, our daughter will be 13 months when we start trying. I’m currently 31 years old and we would like to have 2 more kids. Should we wait? Should I wait until my MIL can help? Btw we are financially stable, we want to move to a house because we currently live in a 3 bedroom townhouse.
