No period (2 months postpartum)

So, I’m on my 2nd baby. And their both 18 months apart, and when I breastfed with my daughter I had my period 1 week after my postpartum bleeding.

With my son, I had a little spotting here and there, for 3-4 days (was barely noticeable)

But never got my period.

My doctor said it’s normal for most strictly breastfeeding moms. But I strictly breastfed with my daughter as well and got my period back. I’m so confused right now.

Can it be because my son eats a lot more than she did? Or he latched way better?

I just wanna know if anyone had a similar experience.
