Breast pumping

How can I get more milk some days I can pump and make 16 oz breast milk and some days I can only get 8 oz of milk. I take Fenugreek pills I drink plenty of water is there anything else I can do I want to be able to pump and store them but it's like my breast stops making milk so I can pump and store. 😩
