Menstrual cups

I want to switch from tampons to a cup but i have so many questions! Whats a good brand to start with? Are there different sizes? Any suggestions on videos about them? If i am prone to infections(yeast/uti/bv) is it going to mess with me? I dont know where to start my research 😩
