energy!!
hey everyone! I recently took one of your comments into consideration and put apples in my water. Not only did I add apples, but I added ginger and lemon juice. I only started doing this two days ago and yet the bloating is down in my stomach and I have so much energy! This is great for me because it gives me motivation to do ab workouts and work my arms until I get the cast off of my broken foot. Stay motivated and remember that self love is important! ❤️❤️
