Signs of active labor?!

Okay so ive only had 1 natural birth with all 4 of my sons, and the rest were a repeat c-section. I havent been timing my contractions and i went to use the bathroom earlier and it felt like i had to go #2 but i dont need to go at all. With my 1st son i didnt lose my mucus plug or my water didnt break, the dr had to break my water and was only in labor for 4 hrs. 
Pressure on your bottom and pubic area is a sign of labor??? Im freaking out a little, my SO just left for work and we dont have a 2nd vehicle...

/ progressive labour is defined as contracting for 1 minute, every 5 minutes for an hour.

I'm a FTM and 37 weeks and I've had that sense if needing to go #2 multiple times in the last few days with nothing productive coming from it. I've had period like cramps too, but nothing extreme or regular enough to make me think it's real labor.

I would say pressure is a sign of labor persay. Time your contractions though and see if there is a pattern and see how far apart they are. 4-5 minutes apart, lasting 1 minute in duration for 1 hour or more and it’s time to go in!

I had this same issue like the urge to push unless ur contractions r regular n stronger  try drinking water and see if u feel better
