How did you find out your baby had Down syndrome ? What markers / signs pointed to it if any ???

We had genetics done at 10wks so we knew very early she had Trisomy21. She is out blessing from God

We didn't find out until after she was born. And she had most of the markers. Gap between the big toe and second one. She had the extra fold on the back of her neck, small nasal bone and her eyes had the little folds in the corners. We have been extremely blessed and have not had any health issues that are associated with Ds.

We found out at 12 weeks there was a possibility. We tested positive with a 1/10 chance during our quad. We opted not to do any further blood work and just did the anatomy scan. We saw a high risk doctor for the scan and after a very very lengthy scan, they did not see one single soft sign. 
When she was born the pediatrician opted to test her because of the 12 week quad screening. During the exam she only showed slight low muscle tone while she was asleep. 10 days later, we received the official diagnosis that she had DS.

We found out shortly after birth. He had some facial markers and had duodenal atresia, which was the biggest tell.
