Weaning off pump freak out

So I’ve been for the last month been trying to wean off the pump Bc I had so much stored up breastmilk I did t have a place to store it. I had filled up 2 freezers worth and still have milk from January. I was at work pumping and then feeding when with my son. Now that I’ve almost weaned I started counting up how much milk I had and I don’t think I have enough to last till his 1 year.

I don’t know what to do. I don’t know if I can get my supply back up or not. I was producing anywhere from 4-6 ounces on average per pumping and that hasn’t really changed. But now I’m producing 1 ounce a day maybe 2. I don’t want to switch to formula and cows milk doesn’t really have enough nutrients I feel like.
