Cow's milk allergy?

Let's talk about cow's milk allergy... Pediatrician said we could slowly introduce cow's milk (she's 11 months). *info- breastfed until 9 months, switched to enfamil gentlease(no problem) then to enfagrow transitions (severe reflux-apparently the transitions has more lactose/cow's milk protein), put on enfamil Prosobee (soy- NO PROBLEMS). okay so I mixed cow's milk into formula and she loved it sooo much (started this Thurs) and now she HATES sleep. Screams, throws herself, uncontrollable for over an hour when she gets sleepy. Coincidence? Or could it be the milk? I will call her doctor just wanted to see if anyone has been through a cows milk allergy with their babes.
