Nausea? Am I pregnant?

Question

Been on the pill 8 months, and still get nauseated the all of the time. Some days better than others, but I’m tired of feeling sick all the time. Anyone else been like that? I have unprotected sex, but he pulls out. Had a slip up June 8th. He came in me a little bit, 5 minutes later my period comes on, lasts about 4 days like normal. Do y’all think I’m pregnant? Or should I switch pills? Please let me know if this has happened to you. I always feel like I’m pregnant 🤦🏽‍♀️

If you are not only protected from the pill , but have been feeling this way for 8 months are you’re not 8 months pregnant then no. You’re not pregnant. See your doctor and get a new prescription. That’s all.

Birth control is there to protect you and prevent you from getting pregnant, but no form is 100% guaranteed to stop it and having unprotected sex is always going to put you at risk. Pulling out or not. If you are getting your period every month, you aren’t pregnant. But just understand the risks of unprotected sex even on birth control. 
If you are always feeling sick it’s likely a side effect of your birth control, in which case you should see your doctor and discuss swapping to a different form of birth control such as the implant or even a different form of the pill. If you take it on an empty stomach however I know that can cause sickly feelings. Good luck!
