Hello! I was just wondering if anyone had any tips for me. I am 15 and I just bought the lily cup one. What would be the best way to fold it? Any information would be greatly appreciated!

I like to do the punch down fold. Also wetting it before insertion makes it so much easier to put in. You can look up YouTube videos to help you with folds.

15 as well. Here’s some tips.
1) check your cervix location every time you insert your cup to make sure you get it around your cervix.
2) SQUAT! It helps relax your muscles and makes it so much easier to get it in and get it sealed. 
3) The shower is your best friend. No mess removal and emptying, easy cleaning, and easy insertion. If it last you a full 8 hours just pop it in during your morning shower and your good for at least the school day.
4) find the right positions and folds for you. I find it best to squat and use the “C” fold or “7” fold. It may sound silly but it also helps if you keep your mouth open while inserting your cup because it will make your muscles more relaxed.
