So I have really bad stretch marks on my Inner thigh and a few of them have become really sore, what creams can I put on them (I’m in the USA right now so are there any things in either cvs or Walgreens that I could try) x

Stretch marks are not a bad thing, just part of having skin! Skin ain't perfect and almost every person has stretch marks or at least some imperfection. Don't worry about it, just be confident in yourself and that's more beautiful than any model
